What benefits am I entitled to as a Veteran?

1.      My spouse was a Veteran, am I entitled to any benefits after his/her death?
2.      I am a Veteran, am I eligible to receive health care at a V.A. Medical Center at no charge?
3.      I am a Veteran, am I eligible to receive tuition waivers at Massachusetts State Colleges and Universities?
4.      I am unemployed Veteran am I entitled to any benefits?

Please go to www.mass.gov/veterans  for Massachusetts Veterans Benefits.  You can also make an appointment with the Town of Abington Veterans Services Officer at 781-982-0056 to determine any benefits that you may be due.  Claims are determined on a case by case basis.
