Please consider renting at the Senior Center. With 12,544 square feet of space including an auditorium, large dining area, and a truly great kitchen we are happy to host private and public parties , meetings and/or fundraisers. We are a perfect fit for medium to large events.
The current rental rate is $200 for use of the Senior Center Dining room and Kitchen areas for up to 4 hours. Use of the Senior Center Auditorium for private or commercial events will cost extra. Also, please note, if food is being served or there will otherwise be any need to clean up there is an additional charge for our custodian. The sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages at the Senior Center is prohibited without purchase of a liquor license from town hall and prior approval of the Abington Selectmen.
The COA and Senior Center staff are also proud to host events sponsored by the town, including the schools and health department. Please contact the Council on Aging Director to check on reserving a date for your event. In the event of any issues concerning the Abington Senior Center, please contact the COA Director.
