	Mission The purpose of the Park and Recreation Commission is to set policies and advise the Park and Recreation Superintendent on needed park and recreation programs; oversee the town's recreational programs and park areas; and plan, acquire and develop recreation facilities, parks and open space areas to meet future needs as the town grows.
