Dear residents, below you will find proposed DRAFT REGULATIONS by the BOH in the "redlined version" pertaining to Animals and Horse Stables. These draft regulations from the BOH are in the "redlined version" because they have not been discussed by the BOH and voted on to accept the changes in red by the BOH. There will be a Public Hearing on February 2, 2026 on these draft regulations at 6pm at Town Hall.

These proposed regulations are being considered under the Board of Health’s authority pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 111, Section 31, and are intended to address public health, sanitation, and nuisance prevention.
