🚒 Did you know? Every member of the Abington Fire Department is a Paramedic!

That means when you call 911, you’re getting the highest level of emergency medical care right at your door.

While EMTs provide vital basic care, Paramedics can start IVs, give medications, read EKGs, and perform advanced life-saving procedures before you even reach the hospital.

Abington is proud that its Fire Department delivers this level of care to its residents.

Preserving open space, recognizing our town's farming history, and building community are a few of the wonderful parts of Griffin's Dairy!

Located at 326 Plymouth Street, Griffin's Dairy offers walking trails, picnic spots, and plenty of quiet benches to read a book. Bring the little ones in your life to participate in the Story Walk.

For 40 years, the Griffin family operated the land as a dairy farm. In 1998, the land was purchased by The Town for the public to use it for open space and recreation. As a nod to the property's history and for the well-being of our community, there is a community garden. Applications open each spring to gain access to a ready-to-plant plot!
